During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby attractions like JHV Mall, just a few steps away, and enjoy a leisurely stroll at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Family Home Museum, a short distance away, which really made my city exploration rewarding and fun.

I had a pleasant stay with attentive staff and a welcoming lobby where I could relax after exploring. The food was enjoyable, though room service could be faster. Additionally, improving room key management would enhance convenience during the stay.

The room was spacious with nice amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the breakfast buffet, especially the dosa station and masala tea. The spa area has a steam room and great massage options. Staff was super attentive, and the lobby had a welcoming vibe with elegant decor.

We spent two nights in a Superior Double Room and really enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the lovely swimming pool area. It was nice to unwind by the pool after a long day of exploring! The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

One notable inconvenience was the long wait time for room service. it often took over an hour to receive my orders. The cleanliness of the room could also improve, as I noticed some areas weren't as tidy as expected. Overall, the staff were friendly, and their willingness to assist added a warm touch to my stay. But those maintenance issues and delayed service could really use attention.
